My goal is to promote and create a healthy lifestyle. Not just a physically fit lifestyle but a healthy mental, emotional, and spiritual one as well. I live by the saying “fitness is a lifestyle,” fitness being all the ways previously mentioned. Some people don’t realize that if their mindset isn’t in the place to change a specific thing in their life, they may not be willing to change at all. It is better to make the change necessary on your own terms than it is to be forced to. I believe that if I can get even one person to change their mindset on how they look at fitness, it is still a step in the right direction. Change all boils down to the initial want. Your consistency will be determined by your willingness to make those changes. Your success will be determined by how consistent you are.
